Please return signed sport packet to the school nurse, Mrs. McEwen, no later than Friday, February 14, 2014. There is a $15.00 fee that can be paid by cash or check (Made out to: Moniteau School District) before or on the day of physicals. 11th grade physicals will not have the $15 fee, they are a mandated requirement.
