There's a lot happening in our vibrant school district! From events taking place at school to public information notices, we’ve included all the latest events here on one page. Make it your first stop when you visit our website to ensure you are always aware of what’s happening at Moniteau.
As you may be aware, the stadium stairs at Luciano Plesakov stadium are currently closed for safety reasons. The district has begun the process of building a new set of stairs, but it is a long process. Please see Superintendent Schnelle’s stadium stairs letter for more information on the project.
Student schedules and bus stop information will be available via Skyward this month. An all call will be sent out once all information is finalized and available to view (this may occur in two separate calls).
As a reminder, district calendars will not be mailed this year, but will be available for pickup at one of the district offices, home sporting events, or at open house.

If you haven’t been to the high school lately, please be aware that the stadium stairs at Luciano Plesakov Stadium are closed and will be for the entire school year. When our staff started making the needed repairs this summer we found more problems than anticipated. At this time we are unable to fix them and they are closed for use.
However, we have begun the process to create a new set of stadium stairs. We have received drawings from an engineering firm and will be proceeding through the required steps of building new stairs. The ultimate goal is to have this project complete prior to the start of fall sports in the 2026–2027 school year.
For this school year, track and stadium access will be available by walking down the gravel road near the softball and baseball fields. We appreciate your cooperation as we navigate this process.
